They make full use of their stock ownership in Metropolitan Title Data, Inc., which allows direct, in-house access to conduct full document title searches. U.S. Title has handled an extensive list of commercial transactions such as the sale of Busch Stadium and related parking facilities, and Schnuck's Market's acquisition of the National Stores.
Headquartered in Clayton, Missouri, U.S. Title also has regional escrow offices conveniently located in the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County, St. Charles, Jefferson, Warren, Lincoln, Franklin, and Troy. To better serve their clients, additional closing offices are located inside many of our Coldwell Banker Gundaker offices.
Each member of the management team has an average of 15 years experience in the title insurance industry.
